We can’t wait for you to receive your order as well! Once your order is received in our system, and payment is confirmed we will dispatch it within 48hrs (Monday to Friday). You will receive an email confirmation that your order is ready to be shipped! You will then receive an email to let you know when your order has been picked up by one of our delivery partners, and on its way. YAY!

Shop Buy Aus will take every care to get your order to you quickly and efficiently, however sometimes things can go amiss, especially in the mail. We work really hard alongside our delivery partners. Unfortunately, sometimes during this process, things can happen outside of hours and our delivery partners control which may cause delays in your order.

Due to this we cannot guarantee delivery time frames on any orders placed at Shop Buy Aus.

If you have received a notification that your product has been shipped but have not received it within a week, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you locate it.

Yes you can! You will need to contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, for change of mind returns. You can return your products for a store credit, or a different product. The product will need to be in original/unworn condition with original packaging and tags still attached, with no damage or wear.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are at the customers expense
  • We do not exchange or return for products that have natural wear and tear or have been damaged after you have received the order.
  • Items sealed for hygiene reasons can only be returned if seal is intact.
  • Earrings and hair accessories cannot be exchanged or returned unless faulty

We try hard to source Australian Made products at all times and will always choose Australian Made where possible. Some of our Australian Owned partners are not able to make their products in Australia due to manufacturing availability. These companies are Australian families from small Australian businesses, they still need our support too!

We have hand-picked all of our products and sourced some amazing ones for our store. We developed a 3 tick system which you will see throughout the website. Which tells you if products are Australian Owned, Australian Designed, or Australian Made. Each product will have the 3 ticks on the product page for you to view before adding to your cart.

Rest assured, we really care about our environment! We have sourced some great options which are not only environmentally friendly but they provide protection to your order while it is on its way to you!

If your order arrives in a soft mailer – We have partnered with Australian owned company “dirtbag” mailers to provide our customers with an eco and bio-degradable soft mailer solution.

If your order arrives in a box – we have teamed up with some great Australian owned packaging supply companies, and sourced Australian made boxes which are 100% recyclable, our fill is also environmentally friendly!
